Birthday Host FAQs
1) Will I have to worry about other parties or customers in the facility during my event? Nope! You will have a completely private rental of our facility.
2) When can I arrive to set-up? You can arrive 1 hour before your party begins to set up. You can add an additional 30 minutes of set up time for $50.
3) Are there restrictions on the types of decorations we can bring or how they are hung?
– Thumbtacks or pins are not allowed.
– Only painters tape is allowed.
– Hanging items from the ceiling is not allowed.
– The use of confetti and glitter is not allowed.
– Piñatas are not allowed.
– We do not allow any unnecessary rearranging of our existing wall decor.
4) Do you have highchairs for use? Yes! We have four highchairs for you and your guests to utilize.
5) What if I want to make changes to my Add-On(s) order as the event gets closer? That’s fine! You have until 7 days prior to your event to make changes. Inquire separately regarding the professional hair services.
6) When do I pay my balance? The base fee must be paid in full at the time of booking. Any add-ons or overage fees, plus taxes, will be charged at the end of the event. We accept cash or credit cards. We do NOT accept personal checks. You may tip (optional) in cash or on a credit card.
7) If I decide to cancel for any reason, will I get a refund? Unfortunately, the base fee is non-refundable. If the event is cancelled for any reason, the Host may reschedule to another available date within six months of the original event date. Please call (734) 773-3317 to reschedule.
