PLAY RULES & POLICIES
The play area is designed for children 0-6 years old.
Babies 0-2 months old are FREE!

Children MUST be supervised at ALL times! Supervision of children by employees is not provided.
No shoes allowed in the play area! Socks are required and are available for purchase ($2.50/pair). Please use the shoe shelf just before you enter the play area to store your shoes!
Please use the available hand sanitizer before entering the play area.
No strollers in the play area. We have a small stroller parking room for your use.
The gated baby area is strictly for children 2 years old and under.
Outside food or drink is not allowed during open play hours.
Caregivers are allowed to bring beverages into the play area as long as it is covered with a lid and not set on the floor. Children are not allowed to bring food or beverages into the play area. Food must remain in the cafe area at all times.
To keep all children safe, there is no running in the play area.
Respect others’ space, bodies, and feelings. Use gentle hands and feet, inside voices (whatever that means with toddlers – ha!), and kind words. We strive to provide an enjoyable experience for all.
Please use toys and equipment appropriately.
Use the “Yuck Bucket”! If your child puts a toy in their mouth, place it in the “Yuck Bucket” for proper sanitizing.

Diaper changes must occur in restrooms ONLY. There are baby changing tables in each restroom.
The Feeding Room is for anyone needing a quiet and semi-private area for pumping, nursing or bottle feeding.
The Mindfulness Room is for anyone who would like a little space to have big feelings. The room has lower light and some soft foam sensory toys, which can also be used for calming overstimulation.
We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items. Please keep track of your belongings.
Play session bookings are non-refundable. If feeling under the weather, please reschedule your visit for the health and safety of other customers. You have up to 6 weeks to reschedule due to illness.
