The Saplings class is geared toward preschoolers who are ready to participate in groups where more sharing is involved or are preparing to enter a school-like setting.

Has your preschooler ever said this to you?… “No, I want to do it by myself!” Then they are right on track! Your preschooler has developed so many skills at this point and they are excited to show you everything they know and can do. They can communicate their ideas and feelings more and ask and answer simple questions. They want to show you their more nuanced sense of balance (standing on one foot, balancing while walking along the curb and jumping over obstacles). They are beginning to be able to follow rules and will sometimes remind others of them too. They are also learning what “friendship” means and the ebbs and flows of that kind of relationship.
