Seeds Class
The Seeds class is geared toward crawlers & new walkers.
These crawlers and walkers are becoming more mobile and exploring their environment in a way that is constantly keeping us on our toes! Because of all this exploration they are often doubling and tripling their knowledge during this time! They are practicing parallel play and learning to be near each other while still doing their own thing. As they do this they are slowly acquiring the necessary social skills to eventually engage in more complex social interactions.
What’s included?
Each 60 minute class consists of 45 minutes of facilitated time that includes songs and stories geared towards speech and language development, specific movement activities targeting motor skills and a sensory component. Each week a different developmental area will be targeted. During the last 15 minutes of class developmentally-appropriate toys and manipulatives are placed throughout the room, while children and caregivers socialize and enjoy themselves.
